Joseph F. LaBella is the President of East Coast Investigative Services, LLC, which provides Investigative and Protection Services..

Joe was an undercover detective with the New York Police Department (NYPD) until his retirement in April of 2003. Joe spent a total of fourteen (14) years with the NYPD including twelve (12) years as an undercover detective and two (2) years as a patrolman. Joe worked with "Organized Crime Control Bureau" and the "Organized Crime Intelligence" divisions and has provided one-on-one close, private dignitary protection for NYPD undercover security at the annual Grammy Awards held in New York.

Joe has special training with firearms, undercover surveillance and intelligence. He has over 1,000 hours of undercover surveillance and over 500 successful buy operations.
